The control panel is a digital controller which is based on the single chip microcomputer as the core. It can control all aspects of work and improve the working efficiency by setting the operation parameters on the panel. It has the features of easy operation, strong anti-interference and error correction ability, when is applied to different models and circular loom with different speed, it has high stability and reliability.

Specific features are as follows:
1、The knitting speed can be changed by adjusting the analog signal frequency of the control panel, and the operation is simple. The working mode of the oil pump has three working modes to select and set parameter, which are continuous, second intermittent and cycle intermittent.
2、It can use an external 4~20mA current signal or 0~10V voltage signal to be the given frequency, can indicate 64 level inverter frequency to adjust the running speed.
3、It can protect and real-time display a variety of abnormal conditions, when the abnormal situation occurs, you can also run the forced Jog function or super forced function. it can save the scene data when panel is power down.
4、It can count the number of weaving loops or clearing laps, as well as to add up and display the production of different shifts.
